We used Agile / Scrum methodology to develop the MOOVE Platform.
Product Backlog is simply a list of all things that need to be developed for the product or things that need to be done within a project. It replaces the traditional requirements specification artifacts.
It is the single source of requirements for any changes to be made to the product. The Product Owner is responsible for the Product Backlog, including its content, availability, and ordering. It is defined as a collection of user stories that have a standardized form of <Subject> <Verb> <Object>, for example, Rider requests a Trip, or Driver Accepts a Trip.
The documents here provide the product backlog for the key stakeholders in the MOOVE ecosystem – the Driver, the Rider, and the Operator.
