Once Moove is deployed and the outcomes are proven at a site, the Professional Services Group (PSG) hands over the site to the Customer Services Group (CSG). The CSG trains the Enterprise’s Transport Desk and staff from partner operators to run the platform as a tool, as a means to an end, to orchestrate mobility as a service for the Enterprise’s Riders and Drivers.
This document is an operations reference designed to quickly train ground staff and measure their proficiency in using the Platform to get things done and get to outcomes.
