This is the Journey Map of a MOOVE Rider, describing the Rider’s journey from A to B, and all the use cases that are part of that journey from Booking a Ride to Rating the Driver after the Ride.
The rides are auto-scheduled for Riders using their Roster or Calendar. However, the rider can book a ride, change the pick-up time or cancel rides. The journey map provides all these use cases as a cheat-sheet and can generate the product backlog (see below). It has gone through many iterations and remains the fundamental construct.
