Monitoring Trips

MOOVE enables the Operator to create Manifest manually or using auto-clustering. Once a Manifest is assigned and accepted by a Driver, it becomes a Trip.

MOOVE provides a high-level view, called the TripBoard, that shows all trips within a rolling horizon. Any trip that falls into this time window is shown here. The trips are color coded and provide metadata to make monitoring and intervention easier.

The MOOVE Trip Board shows all trips that fall within a time window, on a rolling horizon basis. The default size of this time window is 6 hours and trips roll in and out of this horizon as they take place. The current time is shown as a vertical reference line. Each individual Trips is shown as a row with trip ID, Driver Name and Vehicle ID and a horizontal bar that corresponds to its duration. These trip bars are color coded in Grey, Red, Yellow or Green for easy monitoring.  A yet to start or completed trip is shown in colors of Grey, while an active trip is shown in Green. Trips that required system intervention are marked yellow and trips that need Operator intervention are marked Red. Hovering on the Trip Bar shows the exceptions and clicking on the Trip provides the Manifest view of the selected Trip.
