The journey map provides all these use cases as a cheat-sheet and can generate the product backlog (see below). It has gone through many iterations and remains the fundamental construct.
Once a trip is accepted, MOOVE orchestrates the Driver’s journey notifying when to start the trip and providing contextually relevant information to the driver at each stage.
MOOVE Platform enables the Transport Desk to auto-assign or manually assign Trips to Drivers. As soon as a Driver is assigned a trip, the Driver App notifies the Driver to accept the Trip assignment.
